In order to make the process quick and smooth there are some things we would like you to tell us:

Your contact details including: Company Name, Email address and Phone Number Product code or description How many colours are in the logo? Quantity required? What date would you like the goods delivered? Do you have the artwork ready or would you like help with it? So how do I know which is the best decoration method for the product?

There are some general rules around this so the team at PSR will always advise the decoration method that will provide the best end result for you.

What if I can't find a product I am looking for on your site?

Please contact us via email or phone. We are always so happy to hear from you and there are many products not on our site that may fit your brief. We are able to custom design products to suit you. Minimum quantities will apply on certain products.

Once I have sent an email with my request what happens next?

Once all the correct information has been received the team at PSR will prepare a quote and have it back to you within 24-48 hours.

Once I decide to order how do I need to supply my artwork?

Artwork is required as an EPS file-saved as outlines with nominated PMS colours. We will then provide an artwork approval form along with a customer acknowledgment form for you to check and sign.

Can you ship my product anywhere I require?

We have shipments leaving our warehouse all day every day for local, interstate and international locations.

Do you have a showroom where I can come and have a look at the products?

Yes, we have a showroom in our offices at Chatswood (Sydney). We welcome you to make an appointment to come and see us. Alternatively we can arrange to visit you.

If I am organising a conference or event and need gifts wrapped, can you help?

We are a full service company and can gift wrap individual products for you, this can include branded ribbon with your logo. We also offer a full pack and dispatch service for conferences and trade shows. We can pack show bags, satchels with delegate materials and deliver to your destination.
